I feel richard working remotely has done a good job for us but then the confirmations we received were not correct and still havent received the corrected copies -challenges of covid and remote working I know but actually dont feel these should impact on the quality of service you provide You did ask

Chris was very helpful when we were trying to book for Mexico for Christmas - as its very hit and miss at the moment with Covid 19. Lots 9f emails backwards and forwards- nothing seemed a problem or too much trouble

We had great service from Elegant Golf. When we originally booked our holiday way back last year before Covid 19 was even heard of, Chris made sure that all details had been dealt with perfectly. Then our holiday had to be cancelled and he was very helpful in rearranging our holiday booking for next year. Again everything went very smoothly.
