Five Stars is the maximum that I can give but really double that would be about right, fantastic customer service straight forward , honest with the highest integrity they go out of there way to make you welcome and answer any question you have with no problem. and you get a great deal and they put your mind at rest, if you are thinking of a plan give them a call they are absolutely brilliant to deal with and they make you feel like you are old friends.

The information I received was clear and helpful. I did not feel pressurised in any way to make a decision to choose this company. I had been thinking of getting a funeral plan after my mother in law died, she had one & it made things so much easier. I looked at various plans but was struck by how simple & straightforward The Not for Profit plan was & it was also at least £600 cheaper than other ones, plus the conveyancing was not restricted in the UK. I bought 2 plans outright for my husband & myself & feel a sense of relief knowing that whatever happens my family will not have to worry about that side of things. I'm 66 & my husband is 70 so not exactly ancient.

The process was quick, efficient and inexpensive. I have looked into a few other plans and they are far more expensive for me given my more advanced age. My advisor, Mr John Lecomber, was to the point, friendly and tactful.
