I had applied and talked to other companies regarding a funeral plan only to hassled and pressured. Which Funeral Plan were very helpful and talked me through my wishes.. gave me time to think about it without any sales pitch and pressure phone calls. I was so impressed with their service that I have taken out a plan for my 90 year old mother. Thank you for all your help.

When I made an enquiry with this company, I received a very prompt phone call to refine my needs so that they could send out the best information. There was no hard sell - I hate attempts to put pressure on me & was most impressed with the person who made the call. I was able to take my time making my decision without being badgered to do so. Information is clear with adequate detail but without too much of the usual ‘small print’. Very straightforward so was delighted with the service I received.

The gentleman we spoke to was very helpful & guided us towards hopefully the right plan. We were pleased that as it is not a happy subject it was a quick process now done & dusted.

Received a call very soon after completing the inquiry form, correspondence arrived quickly, spoke to two people with questions that were answered to my satisfaction, sent the applications for my wife and I and quickly received confirmation of their receipt. All together a very easy process made so by the people of Which.

Received documentation quickly easy to complete and received phone call day after I posted confirming it was all in order.

Pack sent as request, phone call received to check I was happy. Still to receive confirmation from funeral company. Would give 5 * but will not ever know end results.
