Very helpful; very easy; all questions answered... and the deal I got, on a like-for-like basis - was over £1000 cheaper than the local undertaker's quote. What made this even more attractive was that the arrangement then made, at our agreed price with Which Funeral Plans, was with the same local undertaker. The only criticism was that when I saw the name "WHICH..." I assumed it was part of the Which Group of advisers of best deals; it's not, but this got me talking to them.

The member of staff I spoke to was really helpful, answered my questions fully and was very human in the way they responded to me. Excellent communication skills clear and concise methods used for giving information.

I found Which Funeral Plans very helpful and explained every thing to us also were on the end of the phone if we had any problems I would recommend them to any body they also told us what was in the plan and what we would have to pay on the event of our death as were are going to be buried
