I have been dealt with very professionally, I found the receptionist most helpful, the paperwork was sent to me very quickly, and after I had completed the forms I had a telephone call confirming that they had been received and that I had completed the forms correctly. I have been able to provide cover for either of us which is very reassuring. If the impending funeral is dealt with equally as efficiently, it will take much of the pressure off of the bereaved family which was my intention.
