Communication with Company was first class, very easy. They done exactly what I asked for and made the process worry free.

The team arrived promptly as arranged snd over 3 days completed the packing and removal of our belongings. The team were professional, curious and no request was too much for them. Foxes provided an excellent service.

Asked Foxes to quote which was nearly 3 times more than any of the 3 other firms asked to quote for our 6 mile home move. When queried they said "that's our price" , like it or lump it attitude. Obviously saw a large house, moving to a larger house and rubbed their hands pricing the job accordingly. Stay well clear, really go elsewhere!

Absolutely horrific experience. I was quoted for removals including a hot tub. After providing two other expert opinions on the hot tub and a dozen photos, I had repeated assurances that it would not be a problem. Get to moving day and it was a huge problem resulting in them wanting to leave the hot tub in my driveway until they could be persuaded to store it until we could make other arrangements. On top of that we had to deal with verbal abuse, foul language abs name calling by one of their employees, absolutely appalling behaviour witnesses by my family and new neighbours. Avoid at all costs!

Needed self storage facility recently. Staff were extremely helpful from the outset and continued each time i visited. Very clean premise and well organised. Nothing too much trouble and staff friendly. Would definitely recommend this company.

Fox Removals are a very professional company. Clear quoting system, Staff management are always very friendly and helpful, and understand that I have to work too. The crew always turn up uniformed, cheery and ready for the day. They are polite, again understanding at times we have restrictions and timeframes that we need to adhere too.
