Déjà deux locations effectuées chez Ouicar. Je suis plus que satisfaite ! A chaque fois que je louais chez des professionnels, j'avais des coûts supplémentaires et problèmes à répétition avec les voitures. Je ne peux que recommander Ouicar. Aucun problème, moins cher, pas de coût supplémentaire.

L'application fonctionne bien depuis quelques temps je n'ai pas rencontré de problème. Par contre les paiements devant se faire le mardi suivant le retour de la voiture... Si la voiture rentre le lundi pas de paiement avant mardi en 8 . Et les 2 derniers on eu lieu le mercredi matin. Ce n'est pas très sérieux !

Very easy to use. Terms of agreement were well defined and the insurance information was clear. The person renting us the vehicle was easy to communicate with even in a different language I recommend

Illegal company! The car I rented was been cancelled by the owner just an hour before going to pick it up and he tried to rent me another car behind the legal contract. I’ve paid the price of the rental and the deposit nearly €500 , at the time of cancellation OuiCar just refunded the price of the rental but not the deposit of €400 , they are not able to help the customer if something will go wrong or security is at risk, I’ve been in touch with them but with no results even after 3 weeks of waiting my deposits still blocked by OuiCar . They denied to provide proper communication nor explanation or legal details of the company details to be used in a formal police complaint. They told me they don’t know the address or the company details, the operators are not in france and they cancel the conversation if you start speaking or demanding legal action. OuiCar should be closed down due to their illegal activity. C.A

J'ai une 2ème voiture qui a presque 23ans mais très peu des kms et la vendre j'aurais rien. Donc je préfère la louer pour pas trop cher,comme sa, j'aide les gens en difficultés momentanée et sa me fait arrondir les fins des mois ou lui faire des réparations quand il le faut.

malgré un premier loueur pas fiable au départ , Ouicar a annulé la reservation et j'ai refait une locationde suite totalement satisfaisante.
