Ordered a rose bear on 5/5
Ordered a rose best on 5/5. Today is 5/15. Here's my order status from USPS: LS332662882CN Origin Post is Preparing Shipment , , Parcel route on a map. The parcel hadn't moved in several days. I thought 6 day was enough to make it in time for Mother's Day. Nope. Can't get a refund, either. Have no idea when it will go out. I'm in the dog house, living there till next Mother's Day.
Scam, Scam, Scam.
Wish I read these reviews prior to ordering. This has got to be a scam. They sent an email telling me my order shipped and gave me a tracking# on 4/19. There still has not been any movement on said package. Been corresponding back and forth via email. I believe they are auto reply answers. Repeats word for word from one email to another. I said if they created a shipping label then they should have a package to put it on. I work in shipping, I know how it works. I do not create labels weeks in advance. And the label they created claims it is in California. But they are in the UK. Responses do not address anything, just sends me their shipping policy. Which is just about shipments may be delayed due to virus. No kidding. But you created the label, how'd you do that if you don't have the package? Does not address that. Proceeds to tell me my package is being forwarded to Fed-Ex. Been told that twice already and still no movement on the package. SCAM all the way.

Still waiting. Been 3 weeks. Never again!!!! Here's my update now it's been way more than 3 weeks. I just want my product it's been paid for. This looks like another ploy to get out of your obligation. When I received my product I was in change my review but not before then.
Poor descriptions of items and what it will fit EXACTLY
Their reply to my review was to send back the item but I guess they really didn't pay any attention to my comment. I have 5 different makes and models of machines, Viking, Singer, Brother, BabyLock and Janome. This DID NOT FIT ANY OF THESE MACHINES NOR DID IT FIT ANYONE OF MY FRIENDS MACHINES. So to say they didn't guarantee it would fit all machines, WHAT machine on earth does it fit??? If I had found this site first I would have never ordered the little sewing machine foot. It doesn't fit on any of the different makes or models of machines I own and I have 5 different Makes. To ship is back to UK is $15, The foot cost $16 so guess where that little foot is going...TRASH Sweet and Rosy.... You are going down. No where on their website lets you put a revue. Only happy faces... That's an indication right there they are a sham.

Placed an order and an entire month later nothing. When I try tracking the package never left China. Update: 16 days later I received my package, so 6+ weeks to get the order but I got it.

This company is one of the worst l have ever dealt with. I ordered and it took so in getting it and then it arrived while was on vacation. I didn't like the fit, so l sent them back in the original package. That was in February l was told that they couldn't give me a full refund because l sent it to manufacturing instead to the office. But they offered 30% refund lol .What a rip off no merchandise or money refund. I asked for the manufacturing address and told it is closed now. They didn't even send the address. I'll definitely research better in the future and never get in this situation again.
I Hope This was Not a Mistake
I ordered a couple of sets of DIY Magnet sticks and balls almost a week ago. I received an email confirmation with the comment " ... we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." and am now concerned that the item is probably not going to be shipped, since it is probably sourced in China. I wish I had thought to check them out before ordering. The number of bad reviews for this company is not terribly confidence inspiring. There seems to be no way to contact customer service at that site, so I may be cancelling the order through my credit card provider. =========== UPDATE =========== Two weeks later, I received a notice from the vendor that the item was in transit on March 26 and was provided with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number over the next six weeks and there was no movement. Finally, the item arrived on May 29th. Checking back on the tracking number, I saw updates beginning on May 25th. No doubt, the COVID restrictions may have been a reason for the delay, but that's just a guess, since I received no explanation for the delay or a projected delivery date. I'm upgrading my experience because it was nice to actually receive my order.
Cheap and damaged, and can return only to London?
Ordered elephant with baby sleeping on it. It took more than 3 weeks to come from China, it was limp and smaller then I thought, and the sewing on the belly appeared to have been repaired with simple white thread. Said I would like to return it and they said I should do return mail to ENGLAND! That would cost by far more than the gift itself. Skip it! ADDITION: After 3 months I got a reply asking what the order number is. I tossed everything a long time ago. And there seems to be no way to respond to their message asking for the account number, as there is no button that says "reply."
Buyer Beware! Learn from my mistake!
Late On a Sunday night, I ordered the Giant Elephant Baby Pillow from Sweet & Rosy thinking it was a unique baby shower gift. After almost immediately realizing my mistake, I tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing it. When I was unable to do so, I checked out their iron clad return policy. You’re pretty much screwed once you hit, PLACE ORDER. The payment was already posted to my credit card by the next morning. That was when I googled Sweet & Rosy.com and discovered this website and all of the negative reviews. If only I had done that prior to placing my order! The order finally arrived over 3 weeks later and 2weeks after the baby shower. The plastic bag, the so called pillow came in had 2 large gashes, exposing the plush animal. The elephant was much smaller than the Giant size it was supposed to be, and did not look like the adorable photo in their add. Sending it back to Sweet & Rosy was out of the question since shipping would cost almost as much as the item, AND you would still not be guaranteed a refund. Again their return policy comes in to play. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. Do a little research and try to order from a reputable company. My Sweet And Rosy order# was 4800 and was placed on 1/19/2020. If I could give Zero stars, I would.
