Wrote poor review about sandals Recently and was going to give them away but thought better of it. Sent them back to UK depot telling them I’d taken photos of original packing, hard copy of invoice, padded Jiffy bag I’d returned them in, copies of signed for and proof of delivery receipts. Got my money back with 3 days! So very pleased. Returns service far better than product so have amended my review. They should have had 2.5 as product still poor , but was generous as no opportunity to score .5

I ordered a Rosy bear for my daughter's 8th grade promotion I was so disappointed they sent me the wrong color the wrong size.

I ordered some sandals and tried to cancel within 10 minutes. No answer on the customer service number, just busy, busy, busy. Next day received an email that I could not cancel because it was shipped. Not sure how this will turn out but I will notify the property authorities and have some friends in Twitter with MANY FRIENDS WITH FRIENDS,write an honest review.

Don’t risk losing your money! My sandals never arrived (USPS shows them delivered but to a different zip code, so I dk if they Sent it to the right address). Their customer service representatives simply would not answer my emails.

I did receive the item today it was not packed well and the box was crushed. Both the day and night visor had a crack in them. My time is much to valuable to bother try sending this item back but rest assured I will not be purchasing from you again and I will let others know that it’s probably not a good idea to purchase from your company. Customer Service line is always busy. I think the line is not manned and just left off the hook.

This is a joke. Ordered for Valentine’s Day. Product wasn’t even shipped until 8 days after Valentine’s Day. I messaged customer service, nothing... next day, still nothing. I message customer service again and get a half answer saying there are no gaurentees and nothing else. I would never do business with these clowns again and I will share this experience with anyone who will listen. This site is no short of a complete scam.

Ordered a Rose Bear from them for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. They sent me a tracking number that can’t be tracked and then said to be patient that they received a large amount of orders for Valentine’s Day. I sent an email before Valentine’s Day to make sure it would arrive on time and received a generic reply that they are working on it. It’s almost the end of February and still no package or update. I would not use them ever again. Buyer beware
