never get a puncture if your with this lot if your car doesn't have a spare, was told to wait until tomorrow when i was 250 miles from home, the next time had a blow out on the motorway the emergency contact people thicker than two short planks. was asked to ckeck the tyre size on a car stuck in the middle of the road . further incompetency resulted in a 5 hour trip to do a 100 mile recovery to get home on because of missed connections as the tow guy had to come off at the next services and wait an hour for them to get authorization to fit a new tyre and find a garage. they were that slow getting back the nearest Kwik fit was closed. Asked to but my car in March got an offer of full retail, requested again this week and it's £500 more even with 12k further miles on. still full retail price, and no guarantee, the greedy little piggies. i've now opted out of the company car scheme purely because of the shocking outfit.

Would not recommend. Staff are rude. Service is rubbish.

Same as the other review after the…

Same as the other review after the inspection charges were added which they keep changing the reason for. Also breached data protection by talking to someone not named on my account and even said we don't have to follow data protection until 25th May 2018. Will not use any company who use Pendragon again.

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company. They are bullies and will try adding additional charges on even for things that where their fault. They have been a nightmare. Senior management is particularly bad.
