Return to Heaven after few years!
Last week I returned to the salon after a few years due to Covid and personal reasons. I just wanted to say WOW a massive thank you to Kerry. I came away very happy with a big bag of goodies to get my skin looking it’s best again! Kerry was very attentive and gave me lots of help and advice (which was definitely needed).
Collagen and Alpine Drops
For the past 2 weeks I’ve been taking both Collagen and Alpine drops and the difference in such a short time is out of this world!!! I highly recommend both of these products, there a real game changer!!!

Nice product, poor customer service
I live in the US and have been a loyal customer to Heaven products for a few years. I typically purchase about $1,000 worth of products at once, as it’s quite expensive for the US customers. I shopped their spring sale to stock up on products and reached out to them because it would not let me check out. It was flagging an issue with me being a customer in the US. *I emailed the company through their portal,* but no one got back to me. I had a baby in April, and followed up with them again after the baby arrived, as I still needed products. They had indicated that they would not honor the sale prices because it was outside of the sale window- even though I had contacted them while in the sale window. (This had happened before and they honored it.) ***I wrote to them, and they said I had to show proof of the email, which is completely fair- however, I had sent it through their online portal and it does not email you a transcript.*** I asked them to look at the portal messages and provided my email. With no transcript from their portal, I have no proof of the email. I followed up several times with no response. The products are nice, but it’s just so much of a hassle. I expect better for a loyal customer. Also, poor website function as others have indicated.

I love your products but poor customer service. I cannot ck out due to the problem once I get to end of checkout it states “no quotes available for this order” I emailed but they are asking me to call the company in England to give my credit card for my order. Can’t you fix your site? The phone call alone would be over 20.00. I’m sure I’m not the only one with this issue.

NETTLE VENOM This product is very drying to the skin, thought it would have some very good skin ingredients in this jar for the price i paid ,think i would be better of using corbolic soap and much cheaper will have to look else where for a decent face cream
Very difficult to trust to motives of…
Very difficult to trust the motives of this company, which is sad because I think they do have some great products. But my biggest concern is their lack of transparency about either the type of container you will receive the product in or the amount of product you will receive. For example their current Nettle venom product does not specify how much of the product you are paying for. I have emailed them about a month ago to ask this but have not had a reply. Products will often come in different containers to those advertised, which is legally a misrepresentation of the product. This is usually when they have a discount and are likely clearning out old stock. Very disappointing.

P&P charges far too high.
I haven’t used the nettle cream many times so no result but the p & p charges are exorbitant. I won’t buy again from this company as they obviously like to make a profit from mailing their products.
