Poor everything. It's been 30 days, nothing received. I asked where it is, no one knows. I've now asked for a refund or my item and it looks like I'll have to dispute the charges through my bank. They take your money and disappear. I don't believe they're a legitimate business and I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 150ml Peppermint Clarifying Lotion and they sent me a very cloudy solution of 250ml Peppermint Clarifying Lotion. The clarity of the solution is very different compared to the one I have previously bought from them. I phoned their office right away and I was told to wait another day for it to « settle» down . That was almost a week ago. Now I took pictures of the item coz there seems to be a dark jelly like thing floating in the solution and I sent them email, no answer....I wonder if they even bother to read any emails from their customers. Not really reassuring when you spent money for the product and they charge you hefty amount for postage you don’t even get a free postage when returning an item if the said item is dodgy in appearance. It is annoying and frustrating...makes you frown all the time and defeats the purpose of eliminating your wrinkles.

The best skin care I've ever used! I really wanted to try the Bee Venom, so i purchased from another website thinking it was the silver bee venom mask from Heaven skincare and it wasn't it was in a yellow jar and smelt horrible! So I did my research and I found that Deborah created the original Bee Venom Mask. It seems so apparent now because the others just do not compare.

Had a Bee Venom facial at a spa before Christmas and loved it my skin was glowing so I decided to purchase the mask to use at home so searched online and found the Heaven Skincare website .I checked the price of the Bee Venom mask and it gave a price for 5ml 15ml and full size .Strangely the 5ml and 15ml where both the same price which I presumed was an offer so ordered 3 x 15 ml but when the masks arrived they where only 5ml jars .I checked my invoice and It was plainly for 15ml bottles .I e/mailed their customer service but am very disappointed as they haven't bothered to reply .Their products get a lot of media attention so maybe they feel they don't need to reply .Have now ordered the original Bee Venom mask which comes from New Zealand .
