Honestly cannot fault the company. At first I was apprehensive as I needed to use a company that I could trust and have good service. Sue my agent who helped with the loan was fantastic. She put me at ease and clearly explained all the small print and made me feel that I could get in contact should I have any further questions. She was friendly and so kind and I found her to have ample knowledge in regards to the loans and the company itself. Highly recommend Varooma and would use them again! Thanks sue!

Friendly service. However my appointment was booked for 3pm and the rep arrived at 7pm.i do believe he got held up at a client earlier in the day and then there was bad traffic
