I'm happy with orders from this company. Materials coming in perfect condition and it fast delivery.

Terrible experience. Order my goods with a delivery for the following Friday. This did not happen!! Called Monday to see where my products were and was told they would be with me that day. When this failed i called on Tuesday and was greeted by what i can only describe as the most unprofessional agent I have ever spoke to. I was told it was not their fault and that it was a 3rd party courier that had my goods and they would be delivered on the Tuesday. I then asked to speak to a manager to be told the same thing. I then received a one sentence email with the telephone number of the courier and reference. I then called the courier to be told it was still in depot awaiting confirmation from Insulation Express of the delivery address which they failed to put on the order initially. This company is a joke, do not waste your time as they are incapable of dealing with issues when they arise.
