One board was damaged but as I was chopping them up to fit my purpose I could avoid the damage. Otherwise order arrived as scheduled.

This was a relatively small order for tile backer boards and accessories. All items were dispatched from the same branch, a total of 7 packages. I received a delivery by FedEx during the morning of 6 packages of boards with the 7th package delivered by a separate van later in the day. It gave the impression that the 7th package had gone missing.
