I ordered a couple of Barbour shorts from their online store as they were sold out almost everywhere and on a good discount here. My order was delivered on time and the products were brand new and genuine as expected. I would order from this store again.

Ordered a Barbour jacked. They checked and it turns out their stock record was wrong and they couldn’t find it. Waste of time and I haven’t received refund yet.

Complaining is GOOD I’m irate. As others have said they deduct a postage fee from a refund. I paid for the return postage. They don’t understand the consumer contract regulations!!!! I feel ripped off and it’s not even for a huge amount. In fact it was only £3.95. I have emailed them so will wait and see what they say. They don’t respond on here anyway. Will end up at my bank for reimbursement I’m sure. And yes I will go to my bank for £3.95 as I hate being ripped off! Reading reviews on here it seems they do this a lot! Maybe they do this and get away with it! Poor business practice! As a first time customer I won’t be shopping with them ever again
