I was lied to on what the service. Unacceptable experience. It took a week to build my website. They had misspell words. They did proof read the site before making it live. Run.... Why pay $49 to just host the website.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with! I am beyond disgusted by the treatment. I signed up for a website to be built and pay on a monthly basis, I had not yet signed any documents or had my consultation, I called to discuss my exact requirements and they were not able to do what I wanted, I immediately then cancelled my website build process (they had not started building the website yet or had consultation with me). I had no further contact with them after the "cancellation". I then noticed around 2 months later that a fee had been taken from my bank, I called them straight away and they advised that my contract was never cancelled, they went ahead to cancel this finally (after many phone calls) and I was refunded the fee. I then noticed 2 weeks later that a fee had come out a month ago and I didn't notice, I called for a refund of this and I have been told that I am not able to cancel my contract at all as it is not within the 30 day agreement! So, despite my phone call the very next day to cancel and my phone call 2 months later, apparently my contract cannot be cancelled, I've paid an additional fee which cannot be refunded and they expect me to pay them for the next 10 months for NOTHING! They are unable to provide me with the website I wanted, instead they are suggesting I setup at new company and they can make me a website for that..I am beyond gob-smacked with this treatment. It was their mistake for not cancelling in the first place when I called, every individual I have spoken to has been beyond incompetent. Did I mention, they had no idea what DNS, A/CName records were! I know nothing about IT but I was shocked when they didn't know the basic things. Disgusting company, all they care about is their money, they do not put the customer first despite the fact, all of my issues were due to their complete incompetency! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRID COMPANY

I don't know anything about website, I'm a painter and found Mettrr online. I spoke with Niall. He was so helpful and making me feel comfortable as I was anxious about the whole process and the fact that I didn't know any thing about website. He was so helpful and took care of everything. Couldn't be better😊😊😊😊

Have no web page after month of waiting 600 to you guys 200 month to google promised front page now there nothing

I am not totally satisfied. The review is necessary for me as it is for you. I would have thought getting instruction from you on how to access the dashboard with a follow up call to make sure everything is fine.Why the rush asking me to say o am satisfied? Here you got it. Thanks

I was very surprised when I first called for the service. After speaking with the sales and technical teams, I was comfortable that they knew what they are doing and will handle what I was looking for. The fast responses and work is excellent!

REVISION: This company is forcing Trust Pilot to force me to change, remove or re-write my review because I hit the nail. Very nice and polite people to talk to over the phone (when they call you). They will promise you the world and persuade you to spend money on additional services and add-ons but that's where it all ends! After almost a month, I still have no website, not even a draft. They don't build websites but use the one-for-all template to fit every business, they don't even have the ability to copy my own contents, pictures or design, let alone do all this for you. They will not reply to your emails, unless, when and if they want to and calling them is not an option. The company is sponsored on google search engine but is a complete scam. Bottom line. Stay, well away from anything to do with this company. You will waste your time and money but will not get anything from them. You are better off not having a website then using them. Alternatively go elsewhere.

I am satisfied with the customer service and the speediness in response to challenges that I may have been experiencing. I believe that the designs are great but there is still room for improvement. Great job by all the individuals who involve in support/customer service even the ones who work overnight to support us.

Thanks for making my life easier. Now I can spend more time on my business.
