I submitted a website to be built and SoleTrader deducted the $39.99 from my bank account over two weeks ago and still to this date I have no website. I have called SoleTrader several times and each time I get this same lady Jasmine and ask when my website is going to be developed and get the same answer every time. That my website is being developed and that's it. I would either like a refund from SoleTrader or my website to be developed immediately. According to the advertisement, it should take no longer than 48 hrs and it has been a lot longer than that.

I think in general it’s a good site but the way you have to email to change your content is annoying and the gallery is horrid , you can’t have many images you can’t ent any description of works which people like to read especially if your an FMB so they can see exactly what your doing also the price is fair but there is cheaper and I thought being an FMB we would get a better discount Regards C Gatti Gatti Construction Ltd

Soletrader is great for small businesses who can't afford the outlay that other web host expect. I have had a few incidents while they have been upgrading their software but they have always worked hard to rectify any issues I've had. I would recommend them to any business.

I didn't have all my ideas for my web site coherent but I just kept feeding them to the design team as they came to me so now I am real happy with he result not rushed or over thought, But when the first thing a new customer says to you on the phone is that they came to me becos they loved your web site well it is just simply the best out their 👍👍👍
