Re: Samuel Richard The worst holiday I've ever had, booked 4* Aqua Park Hotel...got maggots, empty pool, a heartbroken child, and an empty bank balance. Holiday from hell, and no response from Johnsons....avoid disappointment book else where!

Susan booked my holiday for me. She got me the best deal with flights and went through all the prices with me. Was very easy to get her to sort it out for me without me having to do anything. Given I usually sort my own package holidays out it was nice to take a step back and let someone else do it for a change. Hopefully everything goes as smooth when we go! Thank you Susan.
