I have been most fortunate to come across Sam Adams. Sam has proven his weight in gold. An amazing Rep, who has been patient, respectful, tolerant and eager to make ones travelling experience outstanding. Sam was consistent with my nile cruise booking and my package holiday to Turkey. On both ocassions organising these trips I felt that Sam went over and beyond the call of duty. Sam' communicate' effectively giving information at each step of the process in writing and verballly. I recently returned from holiday which was arranged by our travel rep Sid he was very helpful giving all the information beforehand about the check-in process with cruise & he gave us a free upgrade to a balcony room which was amazing we enjoyed our holiday I would highly recommend Johnson holidays for our future travel they are very reassuring with all the information very easy to book over the phone and we are planning our next holiday for 2025

spoke to Sam , and to be honest he was very helpful , answering both mine and the wifes numerous questions to make sure we got the right cruise , was very good on price as well to be honest , will write more indepth review after we have been on the cruise but for now he gets 5 stars from us, HOWEVER, things changed when things didnt go as planned
