118 is in breach of GDPR and equivalent UK data privacy laws and should be investigated by the data commission. Many requests to be removed from calling lists not honoured. Funny when you ask for contact details of their legal team they put the phone straight down! @118 - you seriously should be ashamed at how brazen your breach of the law is.

Managed to waste 5 minutes of their time when they could have beem scamming other people, a small victory.

118118, I wish these dam people would come to my office and see me in person, instead of phoning all the time. I would love to meet them in person. Why cant some one stop this constant interruption. I would give them a piece of my mind!!!

Not even one star this company deserves. Rejected my balance transfer three times over three weeks then charged me for missing a payment? Tried ringing twice on hold for hours both times. Been charging me £25 membership fee every month for just having the card?..... it's a scam you cannot claim back. Bought a £480 item a year ago payed £50 a month for a year only £20 has been off the purchase? What a rip off many complaints and claims going in

118 call ask to speak to business owner respond what they are not in at the moment to have phone slammed down

We regularly receive unwanted calls from individuals claiming they are from a company called 118 - usually late morning. They often speak poor English and there is a lot of background noise - probably a call centre. Unfortunately these pests keep using different phone numbers so it's impossible to block their calls.

If they could have a negative score - I would What part of "I am not a business, please take me off your list" do they not understand? Not sure where they have picked my no up from. I am blocking the numbers they call from - the last two are 01827793032 and 01827793029 so I expect a call from the 3030 3031 .... I have also reported them

Shocking .... cant get through when you do they dont listen , was unable to make an online payment until they added interest for me being unable to pay purely down to their system then I was able to pay because the interest was already added . To be honest I've only had my card 3 months and already been put off using it

Total Crap Company, Rude, do not listen, and constantly phoning me, today I have taken the step to report to Offcom, if they phone again they will get some words which I would not like my mother to hear.
