Good price, prompt service but DPD let the service down saying they couldn't deliver and taking the parcel to a collection point. They never tried to deliver - I was in all day!

Since i had no experience with this particular power tool, i already owned a jumberjack drill, and when i saw a review online, for a nailer/staple gun i was confident i knew i`d be getting a decent robust product the package arrived spot on with delivery updates, the package itself was in good condition with a shrink wrapped bag around the produt box, my only concern was the product itself had no internal buffering and the courier they opted for is notouriously bad, when he got it out of the van i could hear it moving around the box, ive looked at the item visually, and cant see any damage, but still some internal package buffering would have been more reqassuring even if it were shredded paper. not had the chance to use it, so i cant say anything about its performance

Very quick service

I recently purchased the 20v cordless jigsaw which works really well. All the functionalities are great. The only downside is that if you use bosch blades, the hands free release latch doesn't fully close but the blade still locks in place. Maybe this is something that can be looked at.

Good quality machine good price only minor complaint is the wire brush and shield was not in the box but happy with the plasma cutter
