Arrived on time and the drivers were polite and helpful. Furniture quality excellent.

We found Wado (showroom manager) to be very helpful and polite. He answered any questions we had and was not at all pushy. The showroom itself is very clean and tidy and the displays are good, we were even offered complimentary drinks. We would definitely recommend Moda and visiting their Manchester branch.

I purchased a sofa but a squirrel dug a hole in one of the seat cushions after the cushions 1 year warranty had lapsed. I initially had left a negative review as I was unable to get the cushions. However. it turned out that the discussion about the replacement cushions was not passed up the manager. After the review a lovely manager contacted me and she organised replacements. So, I have updated this up to 5 stars for fantastic service. Thank you very much!

We have the Ledbury 7E set which is lovely and a bistro set, the quality of the rattan seems really good, it's a shame that you cannot buy replacement cushion covers though - maybe a good selling point for the future.

Excellent showroom. Really helpful, friendly service from Wado who helped me find just what I wanted at a good reduction in the sale. Am hopeful that delivery of the garden furniture will be up to the same high standard

I ordered Christmas lights in the end of December as it was nice offers in there. When delivery came in I realise that 1 of packages has been missing. Send an email straight away about problem, with all the proof of missing item. Since that time month later, lots of emails with promises and apologies and still nothing has been done about, no refund or missing item. Try to call them, again promises and apologise and still nothing been sorted. Customers service absolutely a joke. I wouldn’t order again from this website and I don’t recommend either.

Had a fault with furniture that was still within the warranty period, however the range had been discontinued. Moda went to the effort and found a replacement in one of there warehouses.
