Haleema our customer support specialist was brilliant when dealing with our issue. She was polite, very helpful and quick at resolving the issue. Great customer support!

We bought a table from the Manchester store, Nia and her colleague were excellent. My rating would have been 5 star - we purchased an ex display table and chairs set, but the onus for delivery is put on the customer, which is just not right. Luckily the store had a contact for a 3rd party delivery person and everything turned out OK. Also I phoned the help centre to see if anything could be done about delivery, I was promised a call back from a manager, but this never happened!

The manager Wado was amazing and we received a fantastic service. Everything was delivered in time and is great quality. The guys who put our furniture up were so good. Very happy 😊

Very poor company - rattan furniture splits and breaks very easily and their guarantee is worthless.

I received my order I placed for my Geneva fir Christmas tree which is lovely, just before it arrived I noticed this had come down further in price so I got in touch with customer service to discuss repurchasing this and as a gesture of goodwill they reimbursed me the difference. I just want to say thank you very much Haleema for being so wonderful 😊 Louise

Be very cautious with this company. I am still waiting for a refund of £150...it has been 11 days so far . I have chased it up today and am informed they have had "technical problems" and it will be a further 4 to 6 days. The staff when ordering were excellent, however this is totally unacceptable and It may be an indication that there are financial problems . Be cautious.

*** update *** Haleema has assured me I will also receive a full refund in 3-5 Days. Still waiting for a refund .... Very disappointing service ... AND NO LAMP! Very disappointing service I have also ordered a lamp from this company on 5th November, still no lamp but very quick to take my money. I have had to constantly chase Haleema at Moda Furnishings for weeks their Senior Customer Support Specialist who has fobbed me with her emails claiming..... "Delivery scheduled next week" "Rest assured we are closely monitoring to ensure a smooth delivery process" "We will contact you once your delivery has been despatched" "We are experiencing delays with our suppliers, and new delivery date is now 10th December". Absolute shambles - I have requested a full refund, i don't want to choose am alternative product and do not want a £15 voucher to spend with them.
