Worst website EVER!!!!! Can not even figure out to make an order! Was gifted an order, loved the product. Oh well, lost our order 😫
Black bean tamales are fantastic.
Their black bean tamales are the best ever. The spicy after-taste lingers just long enough. Accumulated some points and received a nice reward. Good information regarding shipping, carrier, expected delivery. Excellent follow up. A Texas big-time winner.

An update to the response from Texas Line Star Tamales: There are 4 outlined methods for rehearing your tamales outlined in your packaging. 1. Streaming 2. Microwave 3. Oven and 4. Stovetop. The stovetop method is outlined to place unopened bags into boiling water for 15- 20 minutes. We have used this method for years. We have been customers for years. This is the first time that 80% of our packages had years in them that were not visible when frozen. I'm honestly surprised at your response saying that you recommend one way of heating versus another. Your instructions on your package do not recommend one heating method over another. *** I order often and we always enjoy our tamales. The way we prepare them is on the stove in boiling water where we place the frozen bags for 15 minutes. This order had multiple bags with tears in the bags that we couldn't see. Boiling them caused water to get into the bags and the tamales fell apart.
