Great food delivered in a timely manner

My order was supposed to have a bonus of 3 dozen tamales. I did not get them with my order. When I contacted them I was told that I received a 15% discount in lieu of the bonus tamales. I paid the full advertised price and didn’t get the 15% off. They also offered to give me a voucher for 2 dozen tamales. How does 2 dozen make up for the 3 dozen I was shorted? I love their product, but after this experience I’ll not be ordering from them again. Update: they contacted me and said that I had mistakenly chose a 15% discount instead of the bonus tamales. They said I could call them and discuss the issue. Problem is they never sent a ph # to call. I also never saw anywhere on their ad where I could have chosen a 15% discount in lieu of 3 dozen bonus tamales. The add shows $143.98 as the price. This is the price I paid. Where is the discount? Just double talk to make sure I don’t get what the ad says I should have gotten.

The food that I ordered was great and the people were very helpful. They helped me with my order when the delivery company didn’t deliver it. I will be ordering again.

Just seemed insanely expensive for what i actually received. Also shipment was delayed with UPS so the items arrived barely within temp - actually not sure they would have passed a thermometer test or not. Guess we will see if we get sick or not…

The tamales are fabulous. In a pot of boiling water and 15-20 minutes later you have one of the best frozen meals. Love them. I have 12 dozen in my freezer. Thank you

Fast Shipping, Great Product! These were a birthday present for my mom. They arrived on time and she loves them!

It was a week from order to delivery which I thought was very fast. The package was great, tamales were frozen solid. Now comes to the best part they were the best tamales I've had since I left Texas. The whole process two thumbs up.
