Got bed and mattress and went here because heard they were good quality and good company to deal with. Wrong!! Mattress was quite hard but thought it would soften as was new. Didn't my partner and I had shoulder pain waking up and were exhausted as getting no sleep on mattress. Asked about this and was told they cant change anything that is out of packaging. I explained has to try fir a while to see if would soften and was told nothing they can do
