I would give a 5 star experience. As delivery was on time. Paul Who delivered the bed was v friendly and helpful and contacted the day before with time for delivery which was v helpful. Bed is lovely. Looks great in my daughter’s room and v comfy. Would highly recommmend

I can’t recommend DFI beds enough! I got a mattress topper a few weeks ago. I couldn’t believe the difference it made! I’ve been sleeping like a baby and waking up pain free which has been rare for me as I have back problems. I convinced my Father to buy one as he has issues with his shoulders and he is thrilled to say the least with it! The service is excellent. It only takes a few days for the delivery and the delivery is always prompt and on time. I like the way you will get a message the day before and the day of so you can be sure to be home when the delivery comes. Nothing worse than having to sit at home all day afraid to leave the house in case you miss your delivery!! Thank you DFI for an excellent product and excellent service! I will certainly return in the future!!

I followed the age recommendation on the website and ordered the Sensation mattress for my 8.5year old. He was reluctant to change but has slept well on it from the first night. Ordered on Sunday and had the new mattress by Thursday. The delivery man, Paul, contacted me the evening before delivery and estimated that he would deliver at 3pm. I asked him to call/text 10 minutes before arrival so that I could be home for delivery. He called at 2:45 and delivered at 3pm on the dot. Absolutely excellent service and he was pleasant, courteous and efficient. I would 100% recommend DFI beds to others.
