Ordered item over weekend, had and email Monday morning to explain out of stock and would send as soon as stock was in. Item delivered 3 days later which is better than you get from most normal delivery times. Would definately recommend tooltray.com and shop with them again.

good service, excellent communication, warned me of a minor delay with my order (which was so minor they could have got away with pretending it was the courier's fault). No-one minds encountering a problem like this with a delivery when it is so clearly communicated.

Goods received very fast. Got an email after the order was submitted early Thursday afternoon, apologizing because the number of items I required were more than stock levels, so I anticipated a slight delay in delivery. Despite that, the full delivery arrived the following Monday, excellent service. Would recommend Tooltray. Wish I could say the same for the courier though, delivered the bulky package to an elderly neighbour by mistake despite the parcel being correctly addressed and labelled by Tooltray.

Made my purchase and item was delivered within a couple of days I was really satisfied with the whole experience even found stock to be very reasonably priced would certainly recommend .

My order got lost then only half of it turned up thought would try another order that has never arrived
