I am still waiting for my order

I placed my order, paid and received an email explaining that I would have to wait a few days for my order. That seemed Ok, but a day later received an email letting me know that it would be at least 2 weeks before receiving my order. I had the option to cancel and have my payment refunded or wait. I emailed back explaining that I could wait for about 10 days. I am still waiting, no email updates. If I do not hear in the next few days I will have to cancel. I am pleased with the price but disappointed with service, why advertise a product if you do not have it in stock!!!!!!

Excellent price and service

My order for a Makita petrol strimmer was very efficiently dealt with, delivered within 2 days and at the best price I could find. I would certainly use them again.

Excellent replacement of item which failed to arrive

Only 1 of the 2 items arrived and the other couldn't be found by the driver. Tooltray sent out a replacement for the missing item promptly. Unfortunately this was still not delivered, so Tooltray sent out another replacement with a different delivery company and that arrived. Both items were just what I wanted. Thanks.

Excellent service.

E-mail received shortly after order saying there would be a slight delay, as some items were out of stock. Delivery of all items within 4- 5 days. Excellent service.

The delivery notification procedure needs improving.

My only negative feedback is in relation to poor delivery notification. My order was processed online. I was notified that the ordered items were out of stock & that I would receive the order with 3-4 business days. I was not notified that the order had been despatched by Tooltray. So I had no idea when the delivery was due. On the day of delivery, i received a phone call 10 minutes prior. Thats simply not good enough, not only is Tooltray inconveniencing the courier but also myself.

Worked well for what I wanted it to do and it wasn't for patio or path.

It did exactly as it said on the details which I had to get off the Internet as some fool had put a FedEx sticker on the instructions which came off with the FedEx wallet!! I used it on a stone resin table and though did not bring the darker colour back that I wanted, did make the surface smooth again with a slight shine.
