First off I've got to commend upon price point. They had what I wanted at a price that couldn't be beat. Unfortunately the goods weren't in stock and it took overly long to be delivered. They did keep me informed, and the short email conversation I had was polite and helpful. When the goods were delivered they gave me an extra which will probably come in handy. Just a shame that I had to wait a week longer than I'd hoped.

only issue I have tooltray.com is the cost of postage to the highlands of Scotland. We live on mainland Britain and I object to these prices.
