I ordered a freezer. The first one arrived badly damaged and had to be collected! The second freezer arrived also badly damaged! We have now asked for a refund! It's not just having damaged goods arrive but it's the constant waiting in for deliveries and collections that's so frustrating! The customer service was good but I would not use this company again!

The order turned up quickly and was reasonably priced. However when I took the packaging off it looked like it had been dropped as there were dents and marks over the outer area and door. It did work though so when I spoke to view click buy they refunded me some money and were very helpful. Obviously I still have my two year guarantee as well.

Easy to use website, excellent quick service Although when ordering stated 1st floor flat I thought the item at 51k was too heavy for the one man carrier to bring up the stairs

After two attempts at buying an under counter fridge from View Click Buy i gave up and went elsewhere as on both occasions the fridge turned up with various parts/sides damaged due to insufficient packaging!! even though on the second occasion i was assured it would be properly protected. Thin cardboard and no polystyrene is never going to protect the outsides of a fridge. No fault with customer services as very fast response to every problem but unfortunately couldn’t risk a third delivery!!
