I ordered 2 fridges. 1 arrived too damaged to work. (The second dented but seemed to work. Later to find it would only work on max setting.) After agreeing to order a second one for next day delivery that also turned up damaged so refused delivery. By which time the other fridgevalso needed returning. Customer service seemed helpful and 2 refunds have been proceeded. Awaiting the final one. If you need an appliance I would avoid this company.

Thee we product was delivered damaged and replaced but the replacement was also damaged so finally after a lot of waisted time the order was requested to be refunded

Ordered slimline chest freezer off Amazon first, arrived really damaged, contacted supplier (viewclickbuy) and they offered a discount which I refused due to damage sent it back and ordered direct from viewclickbuy, item arrived and it was slightly damaged on corners, accepted the discounted offer. Great response to my messages within miniutes (in working hours I must add) am happy with the freezer, good company to deal direct with and would use again. First class also arrived on time and tracking was spot on!!
