Impossible to get through on the telephone, it rings for ages & then you're cut off, sent endless emails & someone got back eventually. The courier was rude & unhelpful. I live alone & have health problems & had specially asked if the mini freezer I had purchased could be lifted into the house, the courier refused & just kicked it in with his foot. The freezer has a small dent on the side of the door but it seems to working ok so too much hassle to return. Wouldn't use this firm again though!
