Very impressed with the customer service, bought a Montpelier down draft extractor for our new kitchen and the item was delivered swiftly however the courier had damaged the item in transit. Wasn't until a week later when it was due to be fitted.that the damage was noticed. Spoke with customer service who arranged collection the very next day. A replacement arrived a day later. Can only say that I'm impressed and will most likely purchase from them again.
