My order arrived a week late

I'm very happy

First class service from start to finish I had a problem with the lid of my freezer emailed on day of delivery ( weds) got an instant reply and brand new lid delivered (friday) cannot fault the customer service and extremely happy with my freezer

Overall it was a pretty bad experience other than the customer service from the friendly girl who handled my first query. I ordered a fridge which said it had interior lighting on the advert - When the fridge arrived it did not have an interior light. I called and spoke with a kind girl who apologised and said that it had been listed incorrectly. She went away and checked and said I could swap it for something more suitable. Upon looking, there was nothing the same with interior lighting so we settled on a refund. A courier was organised and 2 days later the item was collected. I was told I would get a refund as soon as the item arrived back with them but 7 days later this was not the case so I had to chase. Eventually, the refund got processed but once it was I received an email asking me when I was going to be home for the deliver company to come and collect the item. The email was clearly not about my order as a few of the details were incorrect or did not match up to what had happened to my order, the emails that proceeded came across as rude in context and I even received a blunt email that was meant for a member of staff and not for me. Very unprofessional. I do believe these emails came from a courier service and not directly from View Click Buy but it is their choice who they affiliate themselves with and it has left me feeling very disgruntled about the whole thing. If you want an easy ordering experience I would suggest ordering from someone else

Customer service is exemplary, my unit arrived damaged in transit and when I spoke to one of their representatives, Alyx was very understanding, kind and helpful in arranging a replacement. The whole process was dealt with very quickly and efficiently, and I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service after fridge delivered damaged. Fast response and new fridge delivered within 3 days 👏🏻 Makes a change some one does what they say these when buying on line.
