I made a mistake when ordering some software, but Ann L. from customer service made it very easy to correct the problem. After my initial contact with customer service, Ann called me back to let me know that I would be given full credit for the item that I had ordered by mistake and that the correct item would be sent. Ann was kind and articulate, quite a rarity these days. Because of her, I had a very pleasant experience with the customer service department at Blumberg Excelsior. One I will not soon forget!
