1. Extra charge was added for an item without asking, explaining, or showing in advance. 2. Therefore, my online account still shows the original price I authorized to pay, but a paper copy of invoice delivered with actual products shows an increased amount of price. 3. The delivered products did not include items that were introduced in the website as it should be included as default. 4. I called customer service and the operator transferred me to the "staff who is in charge of the matter;" left a voice message; and have not heard back from anyone. 5. In conclusion, nothing has been resolved.
