A professional attitude and good quality service. We needed an asbestos survey for a house we want to buy. Pleasant experience while getting a quote and doing a booking. Fast response times of survey done and general communication by email/phone. Report is comprehensible with sufficient details about all the places asbestos was found, summary and house plan with hazardous locations provided. On arrival there were issues with agency not being able to provide access. Company dealt with it by itself arranged a new visit and did a survey successfully. Highly recommend the service

Very professional from start to finish. Promptly visited to assess the room and give a quote. He worked tirelessly to remove the Artex lining from the walls. He also removed and disposed of an unwanted contaminated radiator cover and hefty shelving unit and left the room very clean. Hard-working and friendly, would thoroughly recommend.

I had a concern about asbestos in s house I was purchasing, I called AC&MS they came out to inspect the property 2 days later , I had the report back within a day, what great service, I still had a few concerns so Andy called me to explain a few things which then put my mind at rest.
