Unfortunately our Home Buyer Report identified potential asbestos in the property we were close to completing on. Requested a quote for samples to be taken ASAP on Thursday, Surveyor visited the property Friday and I had the results Monday morning. Great service and good prices. Would highly recommend

Excellent asbestos report. I had recently purchased a flat and thought the ceiling looked suspicious as it looked a lot like artex. I hired these guys to confirm and see if there was anything else. Craig came over, courteous and on time, and thoroughly surveyed the flat. He found that in addition to the artex ceiling the toilet had asbestos insulating board made of amosite, and that this is a dangerous material that requires management. Without the survey I wouldn't have known and would have exposed myself, my wife and my baby daughter to this dangerous material as I initially thought the board was just wood or fibre glass. I'm very pleased with this service as I can now get these boards out of the flat for good and keep my family safe.

Contacted AC&MS for a quote for removal of an asbestos shed, i also contacted a couple of other companies. AC&MS’s quote was very reasonably priced, and the staff i spoke to were very helpful. The shed was removed by them last week, and the 2 guys who came out to me were friendly, completed the job in a timely fashion, and completed the work to a high standard. They also cleaned up after themselves and didn’t make any mess :)
