The care I received was outstanding. My coordinator Fitnat answered all of my questions I had. The nurses and staff are so caring and helpful, I really felt like I was in the best hands. Faultless care from start to finish. Thank you baypark hospital for changing my life

Ich muss mich ganz speziell bei Duygu Cabaz bedanken für alles. Die hat das super toll organisiert.Ich konnte mich vor der Reise sowie danach immer an Sie wenden und die ist immer erreichbar gewesen und antwortet schnell. Generell die Ärzte sowie die Mitarbeiter sind super lieb und freundlich. Ich habe nur etwas negatives und zwar, dass im Hotel Nachts sehr sehr laut war , weil dort Nachts Bauarbeiten waren an der Straße, die Nachts durchgeführt werden mussten, da Tags die Straßen frei sein mussten für den Verkehr. Als Kranke hatte ich da nicht besondersviel Ruhe und konnte Nachts kaum schlafen. Aber dafür können die leute ja nichts und wenn alles andere reibungslos gelaufen ist, kann man ne Auge zudrücken. Schließlich gab's von der Stadt dafür eine Genehmigung meinte der Herr an der Hotel Rezeption und das die dafür leider nichts können trotz das die ne Warnung ausgesprochen hatten. Ich war einfach an eine falsche Zeit da und hatte etwas Pech leider. Aber ich würde immer wieder gerne dort hin, sollte ich noch andere Eingriffe in Erwägung ziehen.

Dr Serkan Gökpinar ist ein sehr guter Arzt und netter Mensch . Er hat mich von Anfang an sehr gut beraten und mir genaue die schönste passende Nase gemacht. Auch Nachsorge war bei ihm super. Er antwortet mir schnell wenn ich Fragen habe. Ich empfehle ihm an alle meine Freunde weiter! 🙂

I recently had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Serkan Gokpinar, I asked for a barbie nose and got exactly what I wanted! He was very accurate with what I wanted and I am so pleased with the result! My patient Co-ordinator - Devrim Umut was so informative to me and kept intouch everyday! He has the sweetest soul and gozde should be very lucky to him as an employee🥰 I wish him all the best and hope to cross paths again aswell as Dr Serkan who was amazing! I had gastric sleeve surgery on Thursday 7th November, the time before the surgery all the the staff including the surgeon where extremely helpful and patient and in the recovery period they where 100% professional, attentive and available for anything and everything I needed. Pırıl Ece Durak Is my coordinator and was brilliant helping me book the surgery and was amazing when I was there, I have had many questions since I got home and she has been very attentive at answering them all.

I don't recomend... I did the surgery with they, and I don't see any difference in my nose, apart looking blocked all the time, it is better spend little more money and find a better place, they hospital it's not great like they show, reception dirty, air-conditioning don't working, after surgery no more contact, don't even ask how is. I wait more than 7 months to write here to make sure nothing will change in my nose.

Care is awful here. They don’t care about you! I was left botched and now they’ve blocked me on everything

my coordinator efe was absolutely rubbish I had a few msgs after he got my deposit he wasn't interested I tried to ask him about flights and got fobed off then I sent him one last msg about a discrepancy that was the last I heard from him. premium is deffo not premium I have no idea why they say there are no hidden extras because if you want (the good staples) they are an extra £250 anything else they do is about £500. 2days before I flew out the travel coordinator sent me a msg to tell me my dr wouldn't be available. Not once have either coordinators spoke to me since to ask how I am. The hospital itself is fine but it isn't a private hospital it's one of the city's local hospitals so it is busy the nurses were good some better than others I had to show them the empty IV bags to get them to change them I wouldn't go again as I just felt like now they have the money they don't care.

Yigitcan is a very helpful young man , and gozde as a brand I def recommend. Specially if Yigitcan looks after you he’s kind helpful and nothing is to much for him I’ve had the best time coming for a consult with him today I really rate his ethics and work
