Just arrived home from Izmir had dental treatment done in gozde dent i stayed in a beautiful hotel which is part of the package when you book through them also they can speak perfect English so there is no communication barriers I would fully recommend i will be returning soon for the rest of my treatment which I'm so happy with

Please please please do not pay a deposit to Gozde especially don’t deal with consultant E…..scammers! Requested by Gozde to remove the name of the consultant …., why on the positive reviews are not doing the same ???? In fact the consultants are sending you the link asking you to write a review about them …… how would that be ethical?????

Amazing experience from the start, I'm currently almost 5 weeks post op and would 100% recommend Gozde and the premium hospital. My coordinator Yunus was brilliant, always there to answer questions and help out, and has checked up with me lots. Yunus even saved me when I managed to pack my fit to fly letter and thought I wasn't going to be allowed to fly back! All the staff at the hospital were brilliant, there is obviously a language barrier but I could've messaged Yunus at any point for help with translation had it been needed. Ozel Saglik hospital was fantastic, lovely spacious rooms and the staff were great! I spent months researching surgeons and couldn't have been happier with Dr Arslan, highly recommend! Obviously I'm still early into my journey but I've already lost over 2 stone and it's been completely life changing for me.

I’m going to be completely honest the hotel was good the first tests done at the first hospital was also good and on discharge the nutritionist was good. The hospital that the surgery was done was not upto standards there was no ac was very hot no fan was given until I asked over and over again. Bathroom light was not working properly no towels were given my emergency button to call the nurse was broken in pieces..when I questioned the coordinator about a few things when I was alone in my room she was rude showed me attitude and made me feel a type of way which was not nice. The paper work that was given to sign at the start I believe was not right as we had to confirm stuff that had not already happend for example (Has the surgeon explained everything) which we had to sign yes but he didn’t there was lots of questions that we had to sign for but the things talks were not delivered so a lot of anxiety worry stress had accrued. The surgeon only came in to say hi Nurses were lovely

From start to finish the whole experience was so easy. My coordinator Devrim was so helpful. Gave so much information. Gave me time to digest it all and was very patient while I decided my options. Any questions I had were all thoroughly answered. I arrived in turkey and found where I needed to be very quickly as the team had provided me with a video to show me where to go. Transfers were fantastic. All air conditioned. It was very hot over there. When we arrived at the hotel the apartments were beautiful. First night I slept like baby. Up early ready for the hospital the next day. The only bad point my shower was cold !! Transfered to the hospital where we're met by our other coordinator who helped us through all the tests with full explanation of what was going on and when etc. Then I was transfered from that hospital to the economy. Paid my fee. Led to my room.and things from there went so fast. My surgeon was Dr Ergin Arslan and what a lovely guy he is. With in an hour I was changed in total my gown. Taken to endoscopy and then a short time later in to theatre. After theatre I woken by the nurses sitting me up in bed getting me in to my pjs and up and walking straight away to relieve the gas pain etc. I was encouraged to walk as oftern as I could and boy that gas pain is something else. The nurses was amazing and kept on top of the pain meds. I only needed to ask for anti sickness once the remaining times they knew I needed it. I was discharged a day early back to the hotel and I was greatful to be personally. I could go for longer walks around the area. The apartments were very noisy but managed to rest when I needed to. I have not a single thing bad thing to say about the whole experience. I am 6 days post op now and looking forward to the new me pending.

Had a lovely experience here, I did go to the premium. My surgeon Dr Ismail Yaman. Hospital was lovely, modern and clean no faults. The staff and nurses was lovely and always on tap when needed them. From the start of me enquiring my co ordinator Mert has been fantastic. Always there to answer questions and support me. I was a nervous wreck and he did everything to make it that bit easier for me. Even now post op he’s still there when I have any questions or concerns. Cannot fault any of my experience. 10/10 no complaints.

My medical consultant nazlican was a star!! So easy to communicate with and very helpful answered any and every question I had. Definitely a 5 star from me!

Nazly is a good coordonator and a good hospital

I had my gastric sleeve in February this year. From booking a meeting with Dr Ergin when he came over to London to booking my surgery was such an easy process and my coordinator helped me every step of the way even with my million questions. The hotel and the hospital was so clean. The staff in the hospital are extremely kind and supportive and I was made so comfortable. My surgery went amazing and my weight loss is unbelievable! Still to this day my coordinator will answer any questions that I have and put my mind at rest. 100% recommend Gozde International. Best decision I’ve ever made.

Excellent experience. I recently underwent revisionist rhinoplasty in Izmir where I travelled to from England.
