Seid bitte vorsichtig bei diesen Leuten. Nach der Lungen OP haben wir die Übersetzerin und die Ärzte damit konfrontiert, dass man mit dem Ergebnis absolut unzufrieden ist. Die Nase sieht schlimmer aus als vor der OP. Daraufhin sagte die Dolmetscherin, dass die Nase gut ist, obwohl man ihr ausdrücklich sagt, dass es nicht der Fall ist. Die Vorbereitungen waren katastrophal. Es ist nachts jemand in das Zimmer gekommen und wollte Blut abnehmen. Die Tupfer sind auf dem Boden gefallen und es wurde damit desinfiziert. Kommunikation sehr schlecht. Nur vor der OP wird kommuniziert danach nicht mehr.

Very happy with my whole experience…

Very happy with my whole experience from start to finish, every person was kind and helpful, and the pre op tests were fantastic and have found problems that were missed in the uk. 8 weeks post op now and going from strength to strength and all aspects of my health improving as well as loosing weight. Thank you to all of you .

Ich war von der erste Sekunde bis zur letzten Sekunde sehr zufrieden. Meine liebe Duygu hatte alles genau organisiert, wir brauchten uns Um nichts zu sorgen oder zu kümmern. Der Arzt ist ein sehr guter Artz ich kann Ihn und sein Team, vorallem Duygu ans Herzlegen. Vielen Dank für alles♡

Honestly cannot thank this place enough I had my gastric sleeve done on the 5/8/24 in Izmir OzelSaglik Hastanesi hospital I flew from Manchester for this procedure and I was not one bit disappointed with any of my time here from start to finish the staff couldn’t do enough for you my surgeon was Dr. Mehmet Deniz he’s soo lovely and amazing! Thankyou all for giving me a new meaning to my life from the bottom of my heart I appreciate you all and will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know! I will be back for more things done in the future thankyou! xxx - Rebecca M

Second experience a little disappointing

After having previous experience of this hospital in February 2023 I didn't hesitate choosing them again for my own Gastric sleeve, August 2024. Batu has always been my co ordinator for both myself and my Mum. He is worth his weight in gold! Nothing is too much to ask, he responds almost immediately and is extremely knowledgeable. Everything was explained in great detail, transfers and arrangements made in good time and I had no concerns. We arrived early in the morning and were collected from the airport in a clean, tidy minibus with a friendly driver. We were taken straight to the hospital and admitted. I was shown to my room - large, extremely clean and well equipped. Shortly afterwards I was collected and taken to have the various tests completed. The lady who took our bloods and inserted the cannula was amazing, first attempt and no hesitation. We completed all the tests bar the CT scan, as the machine was broken. At this time we were given a bit of a selling pitch regarding the staples used in surgery. It was quite a hard sell and the ladies I was with were convinced. I was happy to go with the standard staples, though I was discouraged by the co-ordinator and we were told we had less than 5 minutes to make our decision. I did feel very pressured into making that decision which is not something I would have usually decided upon. However, it was my decision and I was not forced. I was then taken back to my room and collected again about 10 minutes later for my endoscopy. When I came around from my endoscopy I was in a corridor facing 3 doors and there was no communication. I was then taken to surgery and strapped down to the bed whilst awake ( a little disconcerting but helped by a friendly smiley nurse). When I woke up in recovery I had horrible shoulder pain, but otherwise OK, minimal discomfort. The next day passed uneventfully. Up and about with minor discomfort. The following day we were visited by the co ordinator who advised that as he had mentioned prior, if the surgeon found something during surgery, they would automatically resolve that and then bill after surgery. They then presented us with a £500 bill for repair of a hernia. Of course, that can't be helped, it just felt a little bit of a stinger, having already spent an additional £250. There were three of us on that day, and between the three of us, one other lady was charged an additional £750 for different reasons. The other lady was charged somewhere in the same region. Including an added £90 on discharge for additional medication. When I accompanied my Mum in February last year, there were a group of 8 ladies. Not one of them were charged extra for anything. I have just left feeling a little uncomfortable and slightly taken advantage of. The thing that made Gozdè International stand out was their transparency, and I hope they don't lose that. The staff are friendly and helpful, Batu is amazing and is an absolute credit to the organisation.

I’ve been thinking about gastric sleeve for a few years now, I contacted Melis Sunar through WhatsApp and I am very happy she answered all of my questions and helped me pay my deposit for gastric sleeve in March

Dental Implants

Dental Implants One thing everyone should be aware of is that once the procedure is finished and you return home, you won't get any aftercare especially if something has gone wrong during the healing process. They rely on the fact you will not return (language, costs) to complain direct. I had full mouth implant work done in 2022 and 2023 by Gozde Hospitals in Izmir. Although my agreement was with Gozde, they sub-contracted all the work to DentGlow in Izmir. In late December 2023 (5 months after installation) I noted that the upper denture had cracked. I reported this to a Gozde representative in January 2024 but since then I have not had one positive reply. Clearly there is a problem with the denture as it should not have broken. I was told that DentGlow will carry out the necessary repair works but now, no one is responding from Gozde. Even the Senior people (International Dental Coordinator) have changed their phone numbers and ignoring messages. They contacted me when this review was uploaded hoping that I would rescind it...but still no reply on the actual problem. Very much regret going to Gozde for this work

Travelling next week to Gozde for…

Travelling next week to Gozde for Rhinoplasty surgery. So far , my treatment coordinator Efe has been so helpful so far very quick to respond and very knowledgeable helping me with any questions/concerns I have. So far I’m feeling very well supported and very much looking forward to my treatment. I am giving 4 stars for now as I can update once I have had my treatment.
