Best decision ever

It was amazing experience with Surgeon Eyup Yeldan, fantastic services in the hospital. Consultant Mert guided me throughout because I was quite reluctant for tummy tuck and gastric sleeve on different occasions. Mert reassured me about the results so I am glad that I chose this hospital and surgeon. I am transformed literally feels super all the time , lost 9kg in one and half month. That was my wise decision. Thanks Mert for your accurate information about the hospital and doctor. Regards

Disappointed/rude staff/neglect/surgery was ok but return to uk with a bad infection that took 6 weeks to clear up

I wasn’t told what to expect before I arrived. I had pre test the dr who did my abdominal scan screamed at me for asking to see my gallbladder on the screen due to the Uk not picking it up few months prior. He then started hitting the screen saying kidney stone angry. From this the whole experience was bad.the person who was translating was telling staff me and another lady who was having gastric surgery had bad vibes and from then on wards the care was bad. The staff ignored the buzzers for help after the operations 4 times they messed up the canular an after 2 days I had no fluids I was told to take my own medication what was suppose to be for when I return home. He was hounding me for extra money for gallbladder knowing I was extremely poorly he kept walking in my room numerous times in the day asking for money trying to get my friend to use my bank card to pay the extra 500. I was told medication was included yet they was asking for money for extra medication. I was asking for sleep medication as others got it but they kept saying they would give me but never they just ignored me. I was left without any pain medication. When i went down for the camera down the throat an they brought me back around I had loads of staff in my room joking around playing Barbie girl music loud an all eating an messing around which I found very unprofessional an when I asked when they will do my catheter they said no English an I kept asking for the catheter due to having a bladder condition they said it be done before the operation an I asked again while I was in the operation table they didn’t do it so when i had my op I had a accident an when I was took back to my room I told them I urinated in the bed an they said it’s ok I kept telling them and they left me for 6 hours eventually when I wasn’t so high from the morphine I had my friend help me up an she asked them to change the bed an they just flipped the mattress over. Tuesday to Friday the bed wasn’t changed the room was left piled up rubbish an because my bed had blood an other stains I asked if they could be changed an they didn’t they waited until 5am Friday morning come in the room she told me to get out of bed so she can change the bed which is terrible I was asleep an who changes a bed at 5am when I wasn’t checking out until 2pm.The operation went well an the surgeon did good he is a good surgeon how ever he is rude. I told him not to record me and I signed the papers to state no pictures no video an most defiantly nothing on social media an same with the other lady an they posted her on social media an they was secretly recording me an we caught them out an when said can I ask why your recording as we signed to say no recording an made very clear an they lied an got angry when He translated to the surgeon why are they recording he laughed an said ok bye an walked out an they was all laughing at us. The quality of care is so bad when it’s suppose to be first class. They left dirty needles on the blood pressure machine an touching other peoples medication they left a dirty needle for blood thinners in my food table for 2 days. I felt discriminated against an mistreated an I was told by He because I asked to see the gallbladder on screen not because I didn’t believe them but because I was shocked the uk didn’t pick it up specially it was a big one an I was shocked how they could miss it so I wanted to see as I was shocked but he said because I asked this this why I was treated bad due to me having a bad vibe for asking this which I find disgusting. He was talking about me an the other lady to other people in the ward an staff just because we was asking questions as we wasn’t told much or correct information on a lot of things by both consultants prior to arriving. I was really poorly an was told by one nurse she will put me on oxygen an 2 minutes after another one come in the room said no get up walk which I had been doing anyways an she was rude to me she also kept messing up my canulars an tried 4 times in different places an digging in my hands an arms so bad an because I cried she said really abrupt what do you want me to do an said I’m not trying no more go without an just drink water. I was left with no water when it should be provided. I was given a shake at 6am an told I need to drink within 3 hours but they didn’t give me stomach protector an when I pressed the buzzer as they wasn’t anywhere to be seen they took a hour to come to me an I said I can’t have the shake before the stomach protector an they said I had it in my canular which I didn’t as I didn’t have one on for 2 days by then an I said this to them an they said they will go check an didn’t coke back I waited a hour an rang my buzzer as again no one to be found an a hour later no one came still so I took from the medication that was for when I returned to the uk an I askfor a fresh shake an they said no so I went without a shake that day as they refused me.Bad care. 6 weeks bad infection since the op. In an out of hospital

Sehr kompetent und freundlich!

Ich bin durch Insta auf die Klink aufmerksam geworden und hatte den ersten Kontakt mit Duygu Cabaz gehabt. Sie war super freundlich, sehr kompetent und hat mich zum Arzt im Beratungsgespräch begleitet, professionell gedolmetscht und alles erklärt. Auch nach der Ope hat sie sich Zeit für mich genommen und mir alle meine Fragen beantwortet und mir Tipps gegeben, damit ich das beste Ergebnis erzielen kann. My medical consultant was Ata and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Right from the off no question was too much trouble and he got back to me super quick and made me feel at ease. I enquired on 28th oct and just recently had my surgery on 3/2/24 with the amazing dr yeldan. All in all I could not fault the level of care I have received from the moment of booking until now. If you’re considering booking with Gozde I’d say go for it you’re in excellent hands!

I’m giving 5 stars because my medical consultant Ata was very good always replied immediately and helped with everything very well however I am a disappointed with the after care team as there is none
