I’m planning to have my gastric sleeve surgery this year in March 2024 and so far my experience with my coordinator AFAF is amazing i absolutely love this lady she puts my mind at ease of any questions I have she’s very helpful and respond to me very quickly I can ask her anything!! I feel like I known her all my life lol and I have such a good laugh with her that’s my new bestie. Thank you AFAF xx

My consultant Alp was absolutely amazing. They answered all my questions throughly and checked up on me after my surgery. They were very kind and informative throughout. Such an amazing soul and thank you so much for all your help. I was always at ease and had all the information I required and all my questions were answered immediately as they were just a message away when needed.

From the begining Yigitcan was wonderful and organised great services. Amazing treatment and care from Dr Deniz and his team they were all wonderful and the care was second to none. The hospital was so clean and modern. The hotel was fabulious also and felt so safe before and after surgery. I'm 3mths PO and still correspond with the team so there is great after care also.

The experience from start to finish was brilliant, initially booked via WhatsApp and had dr Arslan as surgeon. Any anxieties I had were settled as soon as I met the team because of how professional everybody was. We were collected from the airport and taken to the hotel with some other patients, and picked up again the next morning ready for tests and surgery. The tests were a whirlwind, and happened very quickly then I was put in my room for the afternoon until I went down to surgery. After coming back around I was given a lot of pain killers and drips to help keep me comfortable through the night Surgery went very well and in 2 weeks I have lost over 2 stone!

Ich wurde am 18.01.24 von Dr Damla operiert. Es war eine Nasen OP . Trotz meiner schwierigen Nase ist alles super gelaufen. Das Krankenhaus ist super Modern und ich wurde gut von den Schwestern umsorgt. Nach zwei Tagen ging es dann auch schon ins Hotel! Dort war auch alles super ! Duygu cabaz die süße Maus die für mich zuständig war hat alles sehr gut organisiert. Bei egal welchen Fragen oder sorgen konnte ich duygu zu jeder Zeit erreichen. Am Tag der Kontrolle war duygu selbstverständlich dabei und hat sich anschließend noch um mich und meine Fragen sehr gut gekümmert! Abgesehen von duygus Arbeit ist duygu ein wundervoller Mensch den man sich gerne anvertraut! Also wenn ihr eine OP machen wollt ,lege ich euch duygu gerne ans Herz ! Abgesehen von den Schmerzen der OP war alles super! Vielen Dank ans ganze Team ! Ihr habt gute Arbeit geleistet .

My recent experience with Gozde International Hospitals for a consultation in London was unfortunately disappointing and prompts me to advise others to thoroughly research before engaging with their services. Despite arriving 45 minutes early for my 2:10 PM appointment, I encountered an unexpected and prolonged wait of over two and a half hours, only to be informed later that there was uncertainty about the waiting time. This lack of organization and communication was further compounded by the additional expenses incurred for high parking tariffs and congestion charges. Upon addressing these issues with the staff, I was met with responses that I found to be discourteous and unhelpful. The assertion that such delays were normal and my concerns were unique was particularly disconcerting. Moreover, communication with the organizer, Fitnat, did not yield a satisfactory explanation or solution, which only added to my frustration. I also noticed a lack of recent activity on their Instagram account, with no posts since February 2023, which raises concerns about their current level of engagement and reliability. Based on this experience, I am led to question their capability to effectively manage more critical aspects of healthcare and treatment. It is imperative for a healthcare provider to demonstrate efficiency, communication, and respect, which were markedly absent in my experience. I hope this review serves as a constructive feedback for Gozde International Hospitals and aids others in making informed decisions about their healthcare choices.
