I needed 2 light fixtures for my apartment in Lisbon. The customer representative at Loomlight was extremely helpful since I was purchasing these from the US.

I asked many questions before purchasing the light, just to make sure it fitted and we got the right one. Loom light staff were superb, especially Andrew, answering all my questions promptly. We absolutely love the light! It’s robust and beautiful, a really show stopper! Can’t recommend them enough.

Easy to contact by phone. Changed cable to my preferences.

The lights were exactly as described. Andrew and Victoria were very good at communicating and keeping us updated on delivery status. It was an absolute breeze and pleasure dealing with Loomlight and would recommended them for their service. We are now waiting on putting up the lights and enjoying them as a feature on our kitchen bench

Sadly I purchased 4 lights and two were out of stock having paid for them all. You need a better stock and purchasing system
