Absolutely lovely lights but costumer service and delivery communication is terrible. Not even mentioning that I waited over a month for my light and after forgetting about it I contacted them and had a very rude response and cero communication from then.

It takes a long time to Start shipping. I pay the full price with tax uk. After shipment i have to Pay 330€ tax in Germany. No tax refund. No hint on the page. Last time Loomlight, Sorry, to expensive.

Absolutely terrific product - stunning craftmanship. The firm was really helpful especially during the current pandemic and challenges to collection / delivery. Unfortunately the glass tubes were damaged during transit but the company sorted out replacement glass immediately and it was delivered intact promptly. We're so impressed we're looking to buy more lighting. Definitely recommended.

Good! Very happy with the product! Had to wait a bit for delivery but they did write back to me to explain the back log issue due to the current situation. Always looking at their products and will definitely buy again from loom light
