I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and professionalism from this company, despite their claim of offering "unlimited reviews" as advertised on their website. While I initially received assistance with my CV, the problems began when I requested revisions. They provided two revisions but then outright refused further updates, citing excuses like "this is for a different job title, and you need a new CV." After clarifying my request and engaging in a frustrating argument, they reluctantly agreed to proceed "as a gesture of goodwill," which I find unacceptable since honoring such revisions is part of their stated promise. Even after their agreement, I have received no updates. I have sent two follow-up emails and still have not received a response. I have documented evidence, including emails, to substantiate my claims. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience through reviews across multiple platforms. This is a breach of trust and a failure to deliver on their promises.

Do not trust this service. The write asigned to me used AI to generate both my CV and Cover Letter. I did not notice this until I received the Cover Letter which seemed to be drafted a bit oddly. I checked across multiple checking sights and they confirmed that both documents were generated by AI. To pay £140 for something inauthentic and can be obtained for free is sickening. I feel cheated. I paid this service to have authenticity, instead I was given deception and something generic. UPDATE: After contacting, they assigned me to a new writer. I am happier with the final product. I decided to use their service after seeing so many positive reviews, but my experience was far from what I expected. After placing my order and paying £100, I was confident I’d receive a professionally written CV, especially since they had confirmed in an email that their CVs are written by humans and that they don’t use AI. However, when I received the CV, something didn’t feel right. To be sure, I ran it through Turnitin’s (accurate AI checker), and it came back as 100% AI-generated. What bothers me even more is that they advertise themselves as a professional CV writing service with so many glowing reviews. After my experience, I genuinely don’t understand how they have so many positive reviews. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional CV writing service. If you’re considering using Purple CV, be cautious. Save yourself the money and just use Chat GPT.

Received my cv and cover letter very quickly which are both to a great standard, nothing like what I could do. A couple days later I received my LinkedIn profile suggested content which looks great and mirrors the tone of my cv. Great work to Anoun, thank you.
