I felt overwhelmed by the range of CV templates available and differing advise online on how to devise a professional CV. Purple CV produced a stand out professional CV for me which I am proud to share with potential employers. Harpreet was thorough in gaining information about my qualifications and work experience and was happy to edit my CV until I was happy with the end result. I went for the Advanced Package Deal, which includes Advanced Career CV, cover letter and LinkedIn Profile. I had intended to close my existing LinkedIn Profile as I thought a new LinkedIn Profile would be created for me as part of the package deal. I could have just purchased the CV and Cover Letter template as what was actually provided were details of where to copy and paste specific information from the CV created into my existing profile.

I came across Purple CV through a friend who had a decent experience. However, I’m unable to say the same. I purchased the next step packed and received a CV not even matching the years of experience I have and to not even mention the cover letter that I could have easily done by myself. I tried to contact the support and they keep saying the writer is waiting feedback even after I shared a screenshot of the last email I received from the writer saying that the CV provided was already matching the roles I’m interested. The package I purchased includes LinkedIn review and the writer didn’t bother to ask for the profile. The support keeps saying they tried to contact me via phone after I said 2 times that I’m abroad and unable to pick up phone calls. Asked for a writer change or a refund and heard nothing. Overall, if it is your 1st CV and you’re not actively applying for jobs then Purple CV might be useful but if you have experience, a CV done already that you just want to make it top notch to apply for mid - senior roles then find another service. This one is a waste of time

My writer Tuli was absolutely fantastic explained each part of procedure answered all my questions nothing was too much trouble. Once I received and started presenting my new CV to recruiters and directly to employers comments received were always very positive and told it’s a very strong CV. Later on I made a request for a brief update and again handled very quickly when I was tight for time. I have secured potential new role using the new CV from Tuli I cannot recommend enough.
