I am really unsatisfied with purple CV firstly they took a while to start the process of creating my cv cover, letter and LinkedIn profile. I have now used the finished product to apply for jobs and ever since I using the cover letter and CV, I keep getting rejected from every job application. I would not recommend their service especially if you are looking for a step in your early career. Update: I am really unsatisfied with the service provided despite getting my cv done again by Harry I still haven’t landed any job roles just rejection emails. I had also asked for an updated LinkedIn and cover letter as it was not to standard! This was Harry’s response: You are welcome to request amendments to the Cover letter but I cannot produce a completely new one. Is there anything specifically you would like me to add for you? With regards to the LinkedIn it is a form that encapsulates the best from your CV already so is not really able to be changed. I’m so disgusted by this response as if you saw the cover letter and LinkedIn page you would want a refund! The cv, cover letter and LinkedIn page look as though AI had been used and business are now using systems to stop AI cv,s and cover letter for being used as it’s essentially cheating. I have come to a point where I have lost faith in purple CV I have wasted time and money on a product that does not deliver results as promised by purple CV Please stay clear from purple CV as they just want your money! I would like a full refund and a subject data request!

My friend recommended Purple CV and a few others, but at first I wasn't sure I should use any CV writers because there are so many of them in this field, and the most of them wind up being scammers. However, after a few days of careful consideration, I chose to move forward with Purple CV. Although I had a lot of doubts and hoped for the best, things do happen when subconscious thoughts are at play. I gave LOUIS M, the writer I was initially assigned to, all the information he required to build my resume. He mailed me my resume, cover letter, and information about the LinkedIn change after around two days. Initially, I asked Louis to connect with me over the phone, but he didn't bother to respond. I even asked for an appointment so we could talk over the phone, but he refused, stating he was too busy and wouldn't be able to talk anytime soon. Second, some of the messages are extremely difficult to understand. For example, when he sent me the initial copy of my resume, he neglected to edit the profile section (which is the introduction portion of my resume), possibly because he was using an old template from a client. It took him more than a day to complete such a simple job. I then had a few more questions and adjustments to make, but it was really challenging to get his attention on such minor details. I was then forced to file an official complaint with the company on the writer's utterly unprofessional behaviour. He even made an attempt to intimidate me by threatening to terminate my assignment or ensure that I have even more delays in my job if I don't cooperate. In summary, my initial encounter with Purple CV was dreadful and unpleasant. However, the representative from the organisation was very understanding, looked into my situation, and promptly assigned me a new writer named SALLY TRUP. She completed my assignment in two days, doing an excellent job on my CV. To be honest, she was so professional and aware of my needs that she also answered my questions, which were helpful because I'm an international student and don't know much about the job application process in this country. She was incredibly helpful, encouraging, and well-informed about her line of business. I want to express my gratitude to her for helping me out in every possible way and for her patience.

The process of generating the c.v was easy . Matthew’s written word was excellent and he was very responsive and prompt. The finished c.v exceeded my expectation's.
